Prevailing Wage Concierge

About the role

The Prevailing Wage Concierge provides front‑line resident services at the Hearthstone community, acting as a primary point of contact for prospects and residents and supporting daily operations of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents in the office/leasing area and ensure a comfortable waiting experience.
• Answer phone calls, route them to the appropriate team members, and follow up on service request callbacks.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule, ensuring payment and cleanliness for arrivals.
• Coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning before the leasing office opens.
• Document package arrivals and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services, and other community‑provided services.
• Assist the community team in planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, delivery services, and other resources of interest to residents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with concierge vendors.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Organized and detail‑oriented, able to manage schedules, logs, and multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Friendly, helpful demeanor with a focus on delivering excellent resident service.
