Press Operator – Production Worker

About the role

Join a leading injection‑molding manufacturer as a Press Operator. You will help produce, inspect and package retail storage and janitorial products in a safe, clean environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate presses and rotate them every 2‑3 hours to maintain production flow.
• Lift and remove parts from conveyor lines, trim, assemble and pack components according to customer specifications.
• Supply production and packing areas with required materials and maintain product specifications.
• Follow safety protocols to achieve zero‑accident operations.
• Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned by management.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, push, pull and lift up to 40 lb (team lift up to 80 lb).
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.

• Hourly pay up to $21.00 (day shift) or $22.00 (night shift) with perfect attendance.
• $500 referral bonus.
• Fixed schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on – providing a 3‑day weekend every other week.

• Overtime on a voluntary basis.
• $0.50/hour merit increase each year (no cap).
