Press Operator – Production Role in Manufacturing

About the role
As a Press Operator (Production Operator) you will be essential to the manufacturing of injection‑molded retail storage and janitorial products. You will work on a clean, safe shop floor, ensuring each product meets quality and packaging specifications before it leaves the facility.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a safe, clean production line with zero‑accident focus.
- Lift and remove parts from the conveyor and rotate presses every 2‑3 hours.
- Trim, assemble, and pack parts according to customer requirements.
- Supply the line and staging areas with required materials.
- Maintain product specifications and packaging standards.
- Work all scheduled shifts (day or night) and complete special projects as assigned.
Required profile
- At least 18 years of age.
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 40 lb (team lift up to 80 lb).
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
