Premium Supervisor - VIP Stand

About the role

A Premium Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of stand workers in the VIP area. The role covers stand set-up and closing, keeping workstations clean and stocked, managing staff and ensuring compliance with food and alcohol policies. The position is based in Ridgedale.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate stand workers in the VIP area and oversee or take part in stand set-up and closing, including inventory counts, preparation and cleaning.
• Keep workstations clean and well stocked, order replacement stock from runners and complete required paperwork accurately.
• Ensure staff follow alcohol policies and manage them so that food preparation meets Legends' and the board of health's guidelines.
• Be able to fill any position in the location if needed, and work with other stand personnel at closing to count ending inventory, clean equipment and organise stock.
• Use the POS system, including voids, credit card issues and closing procedures; enter daily event sheets and reports.
• Work with customer service to improve service, run inventory at assigned locations and handle and post area schedules.
• Provide personal service to guests, know the venue layout and the food and beverage menu, and comply with service, inventory and cash control procedures.
• Follow safety policies, report safety incidents through the company's risk management system and complete safety training.

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-end club, restaurant or catering location.
• High school diploma; some college preferred.
• Proactive, self-motivated, organised, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and adapt to change.
• Punctual, dependable, able to read and write English and perform simple math calculations.
• Physical ability to walk long distances, stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, push carts and bend down.
• Flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
