Premium Supervisor - Toyota Pavilion at Concord

About the role

Legends Global is hiring a Premium Supervisor for the Toyota Pavilion at Concord. The supervisor oversees and coordinates the activities of stand workers in the VIP area, supervises set-up and closing procedures, keeps workstations clean and stocked, and ensures staff follow food and beverage guidelines and alcohol policies. The role also covers inventory, paperwork, customer service and a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate stand workers in the VIP area and oversee or take part in stand set-up and closing (counting inventory, prep, cleaning)
• Keep workstations clean and well stocked; order replacement stock from runners and complete required paperwork
• Ensure staff follow alcohol policies and that food preparation meets Legends and the board of health guidelines
• Be able to fill any position in the location if needed, and work with other stand personnel at closing to count ending inventory, clean equipment and organize stock
• Work with the customer service department to improve service, input daily event sheets and reports, and handle area schedules
• Perform inventory at assigned locations, maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with service, inventory and cash control procedures
• Provide personal service to guests, know the venue layout and the food and beverage menu, and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-end club, restaurant or catering location
• High school diploma; some college preferred
• Proactive, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and adapt quickly
• Punctual, dependable, able to read and write English and perform simple math
• Able to walk long distances, stand for long periods, and lift up to 30 pounds
• Meets state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcohol service

Required skills

• Knowledge of the POS system, including voids, credit card issues and closing procedures
• Ability to read and maintain information and follow safety policies and training

Pay range: $23 to $26 per hour.
