Premium Server

About the role

Legends Global, a holistic agency serving professional sports, collegiate, attractions, entertainment, international and convention clients, is hiring a Premium Server in its Suites in Ridgedale. The server provides exceptional guest service while working together with colleagues in the Suites.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with guests to assure their satisfaction and give them personal service and attention to detail.
• Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer and bottled beer.
• Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the stadium.
• Support the service staff by clearing and cleaning tables and running food.
• Perform opening, closing and side work duties as assigned.
• Be knowledgeable about other food, beverage and retail outlets in the stadium.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old; two to three years of experience in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift and move items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, and to work with constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling.
• Read, speak and write English to communicate with guests.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Ability to interact with co-workers to meet company service standards.
