Premium Audit Reviewer II – Remote

About the role

CopperPoint is seeking a fully remote Premium Audit Reviewer II to evaluate premium audits for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with internal teams, agents, and policyholders to resolve discrepancies and support quality‑assurance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct timely, quality reviews of assigned audits, comparing data to regulatory guidelines and underwriting standards.
• Analyze the narrative portion of each audit to verify correct business classification and job/employee categorization.
• Return audits to auditors with recommendations for corrections and revisions.
• Enter finalized audit information into the billing system to generate customer invoices.
• Determine the accuracy of additional or return premiums in line with national, local, and corporate regulations.
• Input audited exposures into rating systems for all lines of business and validate premium calculations.
• Respond to inquiries regarding audit status, billing issues, and related questions.
• Collaborate with underwriters, field auditors, vendors, and other internal teams to support corporate goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Provide administrative support for premium audit communications and handle statistical reporting requirements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of state‑specific guidelines and pursue continuing education as needed.

Required profile

• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in workers’ compensation and commercial lines premium auditing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
