About the role
We are seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead the pre‑construction phase for general construction projects. The role involves overseeing daily management, supervision and coordination to ensure projects meet cost objectives and are set up for long‑term success.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all pre‑construction activities.
- Coordinate scheduling, estimating, contracting and bidding processes.
- Ensure cost objectives are achieved throughout the pre‑construction phase.
- Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams to set up projects for successful execution.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a preconstruction role, including Design‑Build or Construction Management at Risk projects.
- Preferred four‑year degree in a construction‑related field.
- Preferred LEED AP credential.
- Preferred OSHA 30‑hour certification.
