About the role
R+L Carriers is seeking a Pre Clerk to join its Sauget, IL Service Center. The position is full‑time, Monday‑Friday evenings, and offers an hourly rate of $18.76.
Key responsibilities
- Answer calls on a multi‑line phone system and redirect them to the appropriate contacts.
- Perform data entry and process driver paperwork.
- Assist dispatchers with routine tasks and support other duties as directed by management.
Required profile
- Ability to multitask with a sense of urgency.
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with accuracy.
- Dependable, well‑organized and computer literate.
- Strong office, telephone and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Windows operating system.
- Experience using Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.
