About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking a Pre Clerk to join its Seekonk, MA Service Center. The position works Monday‑Friday, 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm, with an hourly rate of $18.76 and PTO after 90 days.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer calls on a multi‑line phone system and redirect them to the appropriate contacts.
  • Perform data entry and process driver paperwork.
  • Assist dispatchers with routine tasks.
  • Handle additional duties as requested by management.

Required profile

  • Ability to multitask with a sense of urgency.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with accuracy.
  • Dependable, well‑organized and computer literate.
  • Strong office, telephone and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Outlook and other Microsoft products.

  • Windows operating system.
  • Microsoft Outlook.
  • Microsoft Office suite.
  • Multi‑line phone system operation.
