PR and Social Media Coordinator

About the role

This position supports a professional services organization’s broader marketing and communications team. The coordinator will create and manage content across social media and digital channels while linking public‑relations initiatives to the company’s online presence. The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter) and other platforms.
• Maintain and update the social‑media content calendar.
• Promote press coverage, company news, and key achievements.
• Draft internal and external communications, including social posts, announcements, and newsletters.
• Assist with press materials, media outreach, and research.
• Monitor social channels, track engagement metrics, and report insights.
• Support internal stakeholders with content creation and profile optimization.
• Compile media coverage for reporting purposes.
• Provide administrative support for communications and PR initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or social media.
• Experience in corporate services, agency, legal, financial or similar industries is highly preferred.
• Strong writing and editing abilities with a talent for simplifying complex topics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented, collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
