About the role

The Institute for Advancing Health Through Agriculture (IHA) at Texas A&M AgriLife seeks a Postdoctoral Research Associate to join its Healthy Living program in Dallas. This role involves close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to advance community‑engaged research aimed at improving public health and reducing chronic disease.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Healthy Living team and external community stakeholders to design and implement research projects.
• Manage multiple research priorities in a fast‑paced academic environment.
• Conduct data collection, analysis, and interpretation related to nutrition, food access, and health behaviors.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach and education programs.
• Prepare scientific reports, manuscripts, and presentations for dissemination.
• Maintain professionalism, discretion, and independent judgment in all activities.
