Postdoctoral Fellow – Research Position

About the role

We are seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow to join the Pharmaceutical Evaluation & Implementation team at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. The fellow will contribute to cutting‑edge research aimed at improving patient care and advancing medical science.

Key responsibilities

• Design, conduct, and analyze pre‑clinical and clinical studies related to pharmaceutical evaluation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including clinicians, scientists, and regulatory experts.
• Prepare scientific reports, manuscripts, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Assist in grant writing and securing research funding.
• Maintain compliance with institutional and federal research regulations.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., pharmacology, pharmaceutical sciences, biomedical engineering).
• Strong background in research methodology and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
