Post Shipment Coordinator

About the role

The Post Shipment Coordinator supports Siemens' logistics operations by handling post‑shipment inquiries, discrepancies, and customer service issues across multiple US locations. You will act as the primary point of contact for returns, credits, freight disputes, and other post‑shipment matters, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyze shipment data to resolve shortages, overages, damages, and billing disputes.
• Use CRM tools to log, prioritize, and manage cases while meeting service level agreements.
• Address shipping discrepancies such as short‑shipments, over‑shipments, incorrect or damaged material, and carrier damage.
• Process returns, issue credits or debits for pricing errors, and handle freight disputes.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure complete issue resolution from inception to closure.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (associate degree preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of customer support experience.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work independently in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
