We are seeking a Portfolio Community Manager to join our team in Exton, PA. The ideal candidate is relationship‑driven, enjoys solving problems, and thrives on making a tangible impact for homeowners and volunteer Boards of Directors.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between volunteer Boards of Directors, homeowners, and vendors.
• Facilitate community meetings, communications, and initiatives that promote thriving neighborhoods.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement AI‑powered tools that streamline administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for each community portfolio.

• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Passion for working with people and building community relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple community portfolios simultaneously.
