Porter / Groundskeeper – The Grove at Woodlake

About the role

The Grove at Woodlake is seeking a dedicated Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain the community’s appearance and support the service team. This full‑time, onsite position ensures that grounds, amenities, and common areas remain clean, safe, and welcoming for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the property daily to remove litter, debris, pet waste, and ensure all common areas are tidy.
• Maintain landscaping, lawns, and garden areas, including mowing, trimming, and seasonal planting.
• Perform routine cleaning of amenities such as pools, fitness centers, and outdoor recreation spaces.
• Assist with minor repairs, report larger maintenance issues, and support on‑call duties as needed.
• Ensure curb appeal standards are met, including signage, lighting, and overall site presentation.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of related experience in groundskeeping, property maintenance, or a similar role.
• Reliable transportation to travel between sites.
• Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday with on‑call availability.
• Preferred bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• CPO certification (preferred).
