Pool Service & Repair Technician

About the role

We are a family‑owned pool company serving the South Fort Myers and Sanibel area and are seeking an experienced Pool Equipment Repair Technician. The role involves diagnosing, repairing and installing residential pool equipment while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose pool equipment issues and identify root causes.
• Install, replace and service pool pumps and motors.
• Repair and service pool heaters.
• Troubleshoot filters, valves, automation systems, chlorinators and other pool components.
• Complete repairs efficiently and maintain accurate service notes.
• Communicate with customers regarding service details as needed.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with pool equipment beyond routine cleaning.
• Proven ability to install and repair pool pumps, motors and heaters.
• Strong knowledge of residential pool plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Capability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance and solid customer‑service skills.
