Polisher – Glassware & Silverware Specialist

About the role

W.M. Mulherin’s Sons is looking for a reliable Polisher to keep glassware and silverware spotless and ready for service. This on‑site position supports front‑of‑house operations in a fast‑paced restaurant environment, ensuring guests enjoy a flawless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and polish all glassware and silverware to a streak‑free finish.
• Inspect items for damage or defects before returning them to service.
• Maintain organized storage areas for polished items and polishing supplies.
• Stock service stations and monitor inventory levels, reporting shortages to management.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace cleanliness standards.
• Assist service staff with clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Communicate operational needs effectively with managers and team members.

Required profile

• Previous experience in restaurant, hospitality, or food‑service settings preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
