PMO Manager – Launch Excellence (Complete)

About the role

EVERSANA is seeking a seasoned PMO Manager to lead launch excellence initiatives within its Complete Commercialization Business. The role focuses on overseeing pharma project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met while supporting the broader client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement project management standards, processes, and best practices.
• Plan and execute pharmaceutical projects and cross‑functional workstreams.
• Support the Chief Commercial Officer with key client project needs.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare executive presentations and detailed project reports.
• Assist in managing project budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout project activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical project management.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Ability to work across functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% and work a 40‑hour week.
