PMIS Consultant – Project Management Information Systems

About the role

InnoActive Group is looking for a motivated PMIS Consultant to lead the configuration, customization, and integration of Project Management Information System software for construction and technology projects. This role bridges project controls and technology, ensuring the PMIS supports efficient project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and integrate PMIS platforms such as Unifier, PMWeb, eBuilder, EcoSys, Procore, Kahua, and Autodesk PlanGrid.
• Deploy applications and provide technical support in distributed or cloud environments.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define system requirements, workflows, and processes.
• Develop and maintain templates, reports, and dashboards for project tracking and reporting.
• Create training materials, documentation, and resources to enhance user proficiency.
• Identify opportunities for system optimization, efficiency gains, and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of post‑degree experience in project management, project controls, or PMIS administration.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PMIS platforms: Procore, Kahua, e‑Builder, EcoSys, Oracle Primavera Unifier, Autodesk PlanGrid.
• Experience configuring and integrating PMIS solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based deployment and support.
