About the role
You will build and own the foundational platform that powers Sable's AI employee product, ensuring reliable, secure, and cost‑effective sessions for thousands of users.
Key responsibilities
- Design, provision, and operate the end‑to‑end infrastructure for real‑time AI‑human sessions.
- Implement security, isolation, and data‑handling guardrails to meet enterprise standards.
- Define and monitor SLOs, incident response processes, and observability across the product.
- Optimize cloud costs and streaming performance as usage scales.
Required profile
- Strong background in infrastructure and distributed systems.
- Product mindset for internal platforms, treating engineers and deployment teams as customers.
- Motivation to be the first dedicated owner of this critical infrastructure.
Required skills
- Kubernetes (container orchestration)
