About the role
The Plastic Machine Operator is responsible for running injection molding equipment to produce high‑quality plastic components. The position supports the efficient operation of the injection molding department while adhering to ISO standards, safety protocols, and good housekeeping practices.
Key responsibilities
- Operate injection molding machines according to print specifications and shop orders.
- Ensure the correct mold is installed and maintain proper temperature settings.
- Maintain production standards and meet output targets.
- Follow all safety regulations to protect self and coworkers.
- Assist at other workstations or departments as needed to meet production demands.
Required profile
- Ability to read and write English, comprehend instructions and communicate effectively.
- Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Strong reasoning ability to follow detailed written and oral instructions.
