About the role
We are seeking a Plastic Machine Operator to join our injection molding department. The successful candidate will help ensure efficient production while adhering to ISO standards, safety protocols, and good housekeeping practices.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and operate injection molding machines according to print specifications and shop orders.
- Select the correct mold, control temperature settings, and monitor cycle times to meet production standards.
- Follow all safety regulations to protect yourself and coworkers.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in line with ISO requirements.
- Flexibly work at any workstation or department as needed to support overall production goals.
Required profile
- Ability to read and write English, comprehend instructions, and communicate effectively.
- Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.
- Strong reasoning ability to follow detailed written and oral directions.
