Plant Performance Excellence Manager

About the role

Ocean Spray is seeking a Plant Performance Excellence Manager to support manufacturing operations at its 300,000‑sq‑ft Lehigh Valley facility. The plant runs four production lines and produces up to 40 million cases per year, representing more than 45 % of North American volume. This role will lead performance‑excellence initiatives across the plant’s workforce of roughly 190 team members.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute performance‑excellence (PE) strategies and programs for multiple projects.
• Standardize best practices and drive sustainability across the manufacturing network.
• Coordinate Plant PE team activities around specific improvement initiatives.
• Oversee root‑cause analysis, corrective‑action follow‑up, and reporting of RCA outcomes.
• Provide training on PE programs to both hourly and salaried employees.
• Maintain and report on BevNet and FoodNet metrics and scorecards.

Required profile

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office; preferred experience with Minitab or other statistical software.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and training abilities.
• Proven project‑management track record and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferred) and Lean qualifications (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 5‑7 years of relevant experience.
