Plant Controller

About the role

The Plant Controller is responsible for overseeing all accounting activities at the plant, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP. Reporting to the Accounting Finance Director, this role supports the plant’s financial health through analysis, budgeting, and policy implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Complete full‑cycle accounting for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare month‑end and year‑end working papers, financial statements, and management reports.
• Conduct monthly analyses and reconciliations of key accounts such as cash, inventory, AR, and AP.
• Monitor and delegate administrative procedures in line with corporate guidelines.
• Assist in developing and implementing accounting policies, annual operating budgets, and business model reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of related accounting experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Word.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP guidelines and procedures.
