Planner – US Direct-to-Consumer

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Planner for its US Direct‑to‑Consumer channel to support brand and category strategy for Men’s Tops & Outerwear. You will partner with merchandising, allocation, and finance teams to develop and execute retail buy plans, manage inventory, and drive profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Merchandising to set pre‑season productivity targets and manage product life‑cycles.
• Develop top‑down and bottom‑up sales and inventory plans, informing financial and inventory decisions.
• Review monthly OTBs and forecasts, reconciling against plans while identifying risks and opportunities.
• Work with Allocation partners to ensure in‑season allocation, replenishment, and profitability.
• Support the Retail Planning Director with profitable inventory recommendations and promotional strategies.
• Conduct quantitative analysis to increase line profitability and monetize new opportunities.
• Analyze historical performance to shape next season’s inventory plans.
• Identify process and tool improvement opportunities and participate in cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of planning experience in retail.
• Strong ability to interpret quantitative data and derive actionable insights.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, capable of maintaining complex spreadsheets.
