PIV Support Clerk – Credentialing & Security (Full‑Time)

About the role

Crossroads Talent Solutions is seeking dependable, detail‑oriented PIV Support Clerks to provide on‑site credentialing and security administrative support for USCIS locations. The role involves issuing Personal Identity Verification (PIV) cards, managing fingerprinting services, and supporting access‑control functions in an Atlanta field office.

Key responsibilities

• Issue, enroll, sponsor, revoke, recover, and destroy DHS PIV cards.
• Provide fingerprinting services for authorized DHS personnel.
• Process visitor badges, maintain visitor logs, and schedule appointments using DHS credentialing systems.
• Track card production, issuance, revocation, and destruction; manage inventory and supplies.
• Maintain and update access‑control systems and security databases.
• Perform daily DHS Credentialing Facility opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor security‑related email inboxes and assist Regional Security Chiefs.
• Perform data entry, document scanning, and prepare reports and spreadsheets.
• Support audits, annual inventory reviews, and OSI program improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a favorable DHS background investigation (Public Trust level).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Professional communication and customer‑service skills.
• Reliability in attendance and punctuality.
