About the role

The Pine Bluff Community Schools Site Coordinator will support the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff’s community school initiatives by coordinating on‑site activities, facilitating communication between school partners and university departments, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the Dawson Hicks Hall location.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for community schools, managing schedules, meetings, and logistics.
• Coordinate with faculty, staff, and external partners to align educational programs and resources.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to site activities and student involvement.
• Assist in planning events, workshops, and outreach activities that promote student engagement.
• Monitor site facilities and address any operational issues in collaboration with campus services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in an educational or community‑service environment is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Basic data entry and record‑keeping abilities.
