Piercing Studio Nurse

About the role

Rowan is seeking a licensed nurse to join its Piercing Studio team. You will deliver safe, clinical ear‑piercing services while creating a celebratory and trusted experience for each client.

Key responsibilities

• Perform ear piercings following Rowan Clinical Piercing Standard® with precision and care.
• Maintain a sterile, aseptic environment at the nurse station and on procedure trays.
• Educate clients on after‑care protocols and provide personalized styling advice.
• Conduct thorough ear evaluations to determine optimal earring placement.
• Collaborate with the Studio Manager to ensure smooth operations and a joyful atmosphere.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and keep the piercing stations fully equipped.
• Address client concerns promptly and uphold Rowan’s clinical standards.
• Mentor and train new nurses as needed.

Required profile

• Current, active nursing license.
• Strong knowledge of infection control, skin care, and aseptic techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to create a comforting client experience.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and support studio needs.
• Willingness to mentor and train fellow nurses.
