About the role
We are seeking a reliable Picker, Packer and Machine Operator to join a small, friendly team located just two miles from Boston town centre. This temporary position offers full training and the chance to develop skills in a production environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle and manoeuvre large panels safely and accurately.
- Work on a coating line, preparing items for further processing.
- Operate slide cutters after completing training.
- Pack, prepare and process orders ready for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Support the team with general production and warehouse duties.
Required profile
- Physically capable of handling large materials.
- Willingness to learn and operate machinery.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and safety‑conscious.
Required skills
- Slide cutter operation
