Picker – 2nd Shift (Warehouse)

About the role

Enovis is seeking a reliable Picker for the 2nd shift at its Dallas‑Fort Worth distribution center. You will be responsible for selecting, scanning and staging customer orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of medical‑technology products.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, scan and stage items from multiple locations within the warehouse.
• Verify order accuracy and maintain quality standards throughout the fulfillment process.
• Follow standard work procedures, safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle merchandise manually, including lifting up to 60 lb and moving items up to 30 ft.
• Assist with processing returned merchandise as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to walk up to 8 hours per day and perform frequent lifting, bending, twisting and overhead reaching.
• Full range of motion in waist, neck and upper extremities.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
