Picker - 2nd Shift

About the role

Enovis is seeking a reliable Picker for the 2nd shift at its Distribution Center in Texas. The role involves selecting, scanning, and staging items to fulfill customer orders, supporting the company’s mission to improve patient outcomes through efficient medical‑technology distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, scan, and stage customer orders from various locations within the distribution center.
• Ensure order accuracy, maintain quality standards, and handle materials safely.
• Follow established standard work procedures and operational guidelines.
• Comply with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Complete routine operational tasks under close to moderate supervision.
• Exercise limited judgment in task execution and escalate issues as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to walk up to 8 hours per day and frequently carry up to 60 lb.
• Full range of motion of the waist, neck, and unrestricted use of upper extremities, including overhead reaching.
• Capability to frequently bend, twist, kneel, and work in a non‑temperature‑controlled environment.
• U.S. work authorization now and in the future; no visa sponsorship provided.
