Picker – 2nd Shift

About the role

Enovis is seeking a reliable Picker for its 2nd shift at the DFW distribution center. You will be responsible for selecting, scanning, and staging items to fulfill customer orders, helping the company deliver medical technology solutions efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, scan, and stage customer orders from multiple locations within the warehouse.
• Ensure order accuracy, maintain quality standards, and handle materials safely.
• Follow standard work procedures, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform routine operational tasks with close to moderate supervision.
• Escalate issues when necessary and exercise limited judgment in task execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to walk up to 8 hours per day and frequently lift up to 60 lb.
• Full range of motion in waist, neck, and upper extremities; able to bend, twist, kneel, and reach overhead.
• Comfortable working in a non‑temperature‑controlled environment.
• U.S. work authorization now and in the future; no visa sponsorship provided.
