About the role

Ochsner Health’s John Ochsner Heart and Vascular Institute is seeking a Non‑Invasive Vascular Medicine Specialist to join its expanding team at the Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans. Ochsner, founded in 1942, is dedicated to service, healing, leadership, education, and innovation. The role combines full‑time clinical practice with teaching and research responsibilities in a large group practice environment, and salary will be commensurate with training and experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive, non‑invasive vascular patient care within a large group practice.
  • Teach medical students, residents, and fellows in vascular medicine.
  • Participate in clinical research programs related to vascular health.
  • Contribute to the development of a vascular medicine fellowship training program.

Required profile

  • Physician who enjoys delivering patient care in a collaborative setting.
  • Enthusiastic about teaching and mentoring trainees.
  • Interest in engaging in clinical research activities.
  • ABVM board‑eligible or board‑certified status preferred.
