Physician - Urgent Care

About the role

MultiCare is seeking an experienced physician to join its Indigo Health urgent‑care float pool. You will provide patient‑centered care across a network of urgent‑care clinics in Washington and Idaho, working flexible schedules that include weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality urgent‑care services at multiple clinic locations.
• Practice at the top of your license while collaborating with experienced physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Participate in team‑based scheduling, with rotations planned two months in advance.
• Maintain compliance with medical licensure, DEA registration, and board certification requirements.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible physician with a valid medical license.
• Active DEA registration.
• Willingness to work 8 am–8 pm shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to patient‑centered care and collaborative practice.
