Physician – Preventive Care

About the role

MissionNeko is seeking a board‑certified physician to lead its preventive‑care model in New York. In a fast‑moving, tech‑forward clinic you will combine advanced imaging and AI decision support to identify health risks early and guide members toward actionable health plans.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive preventive health screenings using high‑resolution skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments and AI‑powered decision support.
• Develop personalized, action‑oriented health plans and track member follow‑through and outcomes.
• Educate members on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies.
• Provide clinical oversight and escalation support to Advanced Practice Providers, raising overall clinical quality.
• Collaborate with operators, APPs and cross‑functional care teams to ensure seamless member experience.

Required profile

• Active New York State medical license.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or equivalent.
• Strong commitment to preventive medicine as a core practice philosophy.
• Member‑first mindset and ability to work in a rapid, technology‑driven environment.
• Collaborative attitude that lifts team performance.
