Physician Practice Supervisor I

About the role

The Physician Practice Supervisor I oversees all daily operations of the medical office at UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital. This position ensures smooth scheduling, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality patient care while supporting the clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain provider, patient, and staff schedules and coordinate meetings.
• Ensure staff adherence to regulatory and company policies.
• Monitor and evaluate monthly expense, financial, volume, RVU, patient‑satisfaction, EOC, quality‑assurance, and patient‑care reports.
• Maintain CLIA‑waived laboratory standards where applicable.
• Generate and review operational reports to drive performance improvements.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent; or an Associate/Bachelor’s degree.
• At least three years of relevant medical office experience.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
