About the role
Rocky Mountain Senior Care, the largest post-acute care practice in Colorado, is hiring a full-time or part-time physician in Denver. The practice covers more than 700 assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care and group home facilities from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins, and its philosophy is built around a work/lifestyle balance.
Required profile
- Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Supervisory skills and interest in working with advanced practice providers
- Geriatric fellowship training or medicine subspecialty interests are welcome
What we offer
- Target salary of $275,000, with an uncapped RVU income structure
- Call every other month, with the option to trade, take call or take others' calls: weekdays $200, weekends $275, holidays $300
- An operational and incentive model designed for entrepreneurial clinicians who value efficiency and quality
