Physical Therapist – Full-Time in Homer

About the role

Join the Seldovia Village Tribe (SVT) team as a full‑time Physical Therapist in Homer. You will deliver comprehensive physical therapy services, collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team to improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and develop individualized therapy programs for patients with a variety of diagnoses.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Coordinate care with primary care providers and refer patients to other SVT Health & Wellness services as needed.
• Maintain compliance with quality, safety, infection‑prevention protocols, and all federal and state regulations.
• Participate in clinic meetings, patient education development, and system‑wide delivery improvements.
• Travel to nearby communities (Homer/Seldovia) by small aircraft or boat, with occasional overnight stays.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• At least 1 year of professional Physical Therapy experience.
• Minimum 1 year of manual therapy experience.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening, background check, and fingerprinting.

Required skills

• Manual therapy techniques.
• Proficiency with an electronic health record (EHR) system.
