About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy workflow, inventory, scheduling, and financial performance.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate pharmacy staff, fostering professional development and engagement.
• Promote Walgreens health services to shift the pharmacy role from transactional to interpersonal.
• Participate in community events and collaborate with store and district leadership.

Required profile

• Licensed pharmacist with a strong commitment to patient safety and service excellence.
• Proven experience managing pharmacy operations and staff.
• Ability to interpret prescriptions accurately and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric attitude.
