Pharmacy Manager – Retail Pharmacy Services

About the role

Join Legacy Community Health as a Pharmacy Manager and lead our Retail Pharmacy Services. You will shape strategic direction, ensure medication safety, and directly impact patient outcomes in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for retail pharmacy operations.
• Design efficient workflows to deliver timely patient care.
• Lead quality‑assurance and performance‑improvement initiatives.
• Oversee inventory, expense control, and revenue optimization.
• Manage compliance with controlled‑substance audits, 340B program, and regulatory standards.
• Supervise financial operations, contracting, and billing.
• Create educational programs for staff and patients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy.
• Active Texas Board of Pharmacy license.
• 5‑10 years of pharmacy experience with demonstrated leadership or completion of ASHP PGY1/2 residency.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and state/federal medical service laws.
