Pharmacy Executive

About the role

The Pharmacy Executive is a senior member of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, working closely with providers, nurses and pharmacists. This role blends clinical pharmacy expertise with leadership, health informatics and data‑driven decision making to improve patient outcomes and EHR user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate, sustain and optimize the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to align with clinical workflows.
• Advocate for and implement technology advancements that enhance clinical practice.
• Lead, mentor and foster collaboration among a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
• Drive change‑management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
• Apply data science techniques to inform decisions, streamline processes and improve outcomes.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to promote best practices and set delivery standards.
• Oversee population‑level optimization to raise overall pharmacist performance.
• Manage healthcare data, conduct analysis and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Serve as liaison between IT and clinical staff, ensuring alignment of technological changes with clinical needs.
• Support on‑site events for knowledge sharing and best‑practice dissemination.

Required profile

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with a current state pharmacist license in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical setting with leadership responsibilities in healthcare, informatics or related domains.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive continuous improvement.
