Pharmacist – Hospital Pharmacy

About the role
Cooper University Health Care is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join its hospital pharmacy team. You will play a critical role in ensuring medication safety and efficacy for patients across a range of clinical settings.
Key responsibilities
- Review every medication order and dosage for completeness, safety, and efficacy prior to dispensing, including routine, stat, and investigational orders.
- Maintain and update drug information resources, investigational protocols, educational materials, and cost‑containment initiatives.
- Support clinical programs by providing accurate medication data and participating in interdisciplinary care teams.
Required profile
- Hospital pharmacy experience or clinically relevant experience.
- Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) program or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
- Current New Jersey pharmacy license or eligibility for licensure.
