Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist – Dry Eye Portfolio

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist to lead the Dry Eye portfolio across the Atlanta, GA territory. The role is field‑based, remote‑enabled, and focuses on building trusted relationships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other eye‑care professionals to drive product adoption and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Maintain and grow relationships with physicians, optometrists, ophthalmologists, and key decision‑makers.
• Deliver clinical product education, presentations, speaker programs, and customer events.
• Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access, Marketing, and Regional Sales Leadership.
• Utilize data and insights to create targeted account strategies.
• Manage a geographically dispersed territory with extensive travel (100%).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (high school + 10 years, Associate + 6 years, or M.S.).
• Minimum 2 years of proven pharmaceutical or medical sales experience.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Residence within the Atlanta, GA territory.
