Personal Trainer

About the role

Snap Fitness is looking for an energetic Personal Trainer to join its growing team. You will work directly with members to help them achieve their fitness goals while delivering a fun, upbeat experience in a fast‑paced gym environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct service appointments, including body‑fat analysis, nutritional counseling, and equipment instruction.
• Develop and deliver individualized exercise programs aligned with members’ goals.
• Monitor members during workouts to ensure correct form and safe equipment use.
• Maintain a clean and tidy facility.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets set by management.
• Collaborate with sales and management to convert new members into personal training clients.

Required profile

• Personal Trainer certification from a nationally accredited organization (e.g., NESTA, ACE, ACSM, NASM, etc.) or agreement to obtain certification within 60 days.
• First Aid & CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse clients.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Fun, personable attitude with a good sense of humor.
