Personal Injury Attorney – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Attorney to join our nationally recognized trial firm on a fully remote basis. The role offers a balanced workload, strong compensation, and opportunities for professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a docket of approximately 40 diverse and complex personal injury cases.
• Handle all phases of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate directly with an experienced attorney while receiving dedicated support from a paralegal and legal assistant.
• Deliver high‑quality client service and achieve favorable outcomes.

Required profile

• 4–12 years of experience handling single‑event personal injury cases.
• Strong litigation skills with a proven ability to manage complex dockets.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Trial experience preferred but not required.
