About the role

The position is responsible for operating the cash area of a bank branch, delivering fast, accurate and reliable service to customers while handling cash transactions and supporting sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Authorize transactions within assigned limits and maintain custody of cash drawers, seals and centralized ATMs.
• Handle cash dispensers, manage consumable materials and comply with security policies.
• Provide personalized, efficient service in line with established service protocols.
• Promote bank products by referring potential customers to the platform or business areas and encourage use of digital channels.
• Lead a small team by communicating objectives, setting specific goals and identifying training needs.

Required profile

• University student pursuing Industrial Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Manual dexterity and agility in handling keyboards and cash equipment.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of English (optional).
