Personal Care Attendant

About the role

Habitat Health is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Attendant to support older adults enrolled in its PACE program. You will work primarily in the South Los Angeles center, with occasional visits to participants' homes, ensuring daily living needs are met in a safe and caring environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist participants with activities of daily living, including feeding, ambulation, and personal hygiene.
• Respond promptly to participant requests and coordinate additional assistance when needed.
• Perform non‑sterile procedures and other assigned tasks to support participant well‑being.
• Contribute to a welcoming center atmosphere that encourages participants to spend time and feel a sense of belonging.
• Provide constructive feedback and help implement improvements to clinical outcomes and participant experience.
• Uphold Habitat Health’s values and standards in all interactions.
