Personal Care Aide

About the role

Central Star Home Health is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides to provide in‑home support for patients across several U.S. states. You will assist clients with daily living activities while promoting safety, dignity, and independence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and ambulation according to the personal care plan.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as making beds, changing linens, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Shop for groceries and essential medical supplies as needed.
• Accompany patients to medical appointments when approved by the RN supervisor.
• Document care activities daily and submit required paperwork weekly.

Required profile

• Successful completion of a Personal Care Aide training program or an equivalent exam with written proof.
• Previous experience in a home‑care environment is preferred.
• Mature, emotionally stable, and sympathetic toward patients with medical needs.
