Personal Care Aide (Caregiver) – Up to $16/hr

About the role

As a Personal Care Aide (PCA) you will provide compassionate in‑home support to elderly or disabled clients, helping them maintain dignity and independence. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and household tasks while promoting a safe and respectful environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Support mobility, transfers, and other daily living activities.
• Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and encourage social engagement.
• Run errands, grocery shop, and transport clients to appointments when needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience caring for elderly or disabled individuals (professional or personal) preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, with strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Ability to lift, stand, bend and assist clients up to 50 lb.
